Week of April 20-24
The Week of the young Child is an annual celebration each April sponsored by the National Association of Young Children (NAEYC). The purpose of this week is to focus attention on the needs of young children and their families and to plan how we, as citizens of a community, state, and nation, will better meet the needs of all young children and their families. Rose Tree Day School has planned special activities to celebrate this week.

| Tuesday, April 21st | Visitation for Church Members and the Community: Special Visitor 10:00. Rev. Peter to read to Kindergartens at 1:30 |
| Wednesday, April 22nd | Winterthur Visit for Kindergartens 1:30 |
| Thursday, April 23rd | Parent Visitation: Come spend some time with us at school. A.M. Classes: 10:00-11:00 A.M. A special guest to read to children 1:00. P.M. Classes: 1:30-2:30 P.M. |

As part of the Week of the Young Child, RTDS would welcome any parents who would like to read to their child's class. Please see your child's teacher to schedule a day during this week or any other time in April if you would like to come in and read. Through working together we can fulfill your child's school experience.
